Call Center Service definition

Call Center Service means information provisioning service which is useful for a customer or potential customer by the initiation of the person providing the information himself or through a request made by the customer or potential customer by a telephone call or using internet, regarding the business or service the person is providing, or the business or service of another person, or on other similar issue.
Call Center Service means the service provided by the Bank to a Customer, to enable such customer to access the Account(s) and perform transactions by using the telephone.
Call Center Service means use of a touch-tone telephone and access to customer service representatives by Investors and Customer Representatives to obtain account information.

  • Spectrum Hosted Call Center: If Customer selects to receive Spectrum Hosted Call Center Service, Customer will receive a combination of (i) voice service consisting of one or more telephone lines, (ii) a variety of features, and (iii) voice service technical assistance, as described more fully in the applicable Service Order.

  • Call Center means a call center, whether in Singapore or elsewhere, set-up or arranged by the Bank for servicing the Customers of the Bank for providing the Call & Remit Facility and related support services.
