Building Standard Work definition

Building Standard Work means the typical interior improvements constructed or to be constructed by Landlord, which are of the nature and quality required by specifications developed for the Complex by Landlord’s architect. /s/ SS /s/ EF Landlord’s Initials Tenant’s Initials
Building Standard Work means the typical interior improvements constructed or to be constructed by Lessor, which are of the nature and quality required by specifications developed for the Complex by Lessor's architect.

  • If the Premises are to be repaired under this Article, Landlord shall repair at its cost any injury or damage to the Building and Building Standard Work in the Premises.

More Definitions of Building Standard Work

Building Standard Work. All the work to be done at Landlord's expense, (including the "Allowance" as described in Subparagraph 6 of the Work Letter Agreement) in the Premises pursuant to the provisions of the Work Letter Agreement described in Paragraph 2 below.

Building Standard Work is defined in paragraph 19.07; and (d) providing sufficient power to the Leased Premises for the operation of Tenant's business in the same character as it is operated at B Progress Drive, Shelton as of the date of this Lease.
