Building 10 definition

Building 10 means the building depicted on Parcel 10 on the Plans, which shall mean those improvements labeled as building 10 and depicted on drawings Z-206.00, Z-409.00 and Z-410.00 on the Plans should the SCA exercise the School Purchase Option in accordance with thisDeclaration, and where SCA does not exercise the School Purchase Option, Building 10 shall mean those improvements shown on drawings Z-207.00 and Z-411.00 on the Plans.
Building 10 means the 16-unit Building to be constructed on that portion of the Real Property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto ----------- and by this reference incorporated herein.

Building 10 shall have the meaning given to it in Section 23.1 hereof.

Related to Building 10

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).
