Broadcom Limited Equity Plans means (i) the Avago Technologies Limited 2009 Equity Incentive Award Plan, (ii) the LSI Corporation 2003 Equity Incentive Plan, (iii) the Avago Technologies Limited Employee Share Purchase Plan, (iv) the Emulex Corporation 2005 Equity Incentive Plan, (v) the Broadcom Corporation 2012 Stock Incentive Plan, (vi) the Broadcom Corporation 1998 Stock Incentive Plan, (vii) the Brocade Communication Systems, Inc. 2009 Stock Plan, and (viii) the Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. Amended and Restated Inducement Award Plan, each as amended to date;
Broadcom Limited Equity Plans means (i) the Avago Technologies Limited 2009 Equity Incentive Award Plan, (ii) the LSI Corporation 2003 Equity Incentive Plan, (iii) the Avago Technologies Limited Employee Share Purchase Plan, (iv) the Emulex Corporation 2005 Equity Incentive Plan,(v) the Broadcom Corporation 2012 Stock Incentive Plan, (vi) the Broadcom Corporation 1998 Stock Incentive Plan, (vii) the Brocade Communication Systems, Inc. 2009 Stock Plan, and (viii) the Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. Amended and Restated Inducement Award Plan, each as amended to date;

Related to Broadcom Limited Equity Plans

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.

  • Company Equity Plans means the Company’s 1994 Stock Option Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan, 2000 Stock Option Plan, 2003 Equity Incentive Plan and 2005 Equity Incentive Plan, each as may be amended from time to time, and any stock option agreements, award notices, stock purchase agreements or other agreements or instruments executed and delivered pursuant thereto.

  • Company Equity Plan means the (a) Company’s Amended and Restated 2017 Equity Incentive Plan and (b) each other plan that provides for the award to any current or former director, manager, officer, employee, individual independent contractor or other service provider of any Group Company of rights of any kind to receive Equity Securities of any Group Company or benefits measured in whole or in part by reference to Equity Securities of any Group Company.

  • Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner, including the Plan.

  • Company Equity Awards means the Company Options, Company PSUs and Company RSUs.

  • Parent Equity Plans means all employee and director equity incentive plans of Parent and agreements for equity awards in respect of Parent Common Stock granted under the inducement grant exception.

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the 1996 Equity Incentive Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors and 1999 Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.

  • Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Restricted Share granted under one of the Company Stock Plans, as the case may be.

  • Parent Equity Plan means the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Long-Term Incentive Plan.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Company Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b).

  • Equity Incentive Plans means any equity incentive plans for officers, employees or Directors of the Company.

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

  • Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means the Company's 1999 Stock Option Plan.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • non-equity incentive plan means an incentive plan or portion of an incentive plan that is not an equity incentive plan;

  • DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.

  • Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.

  • Equity Award means stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, restricted stock units, performance shares or any other form of award that is measured with reference to the Stock.

  • Company Share Plans mean (a) the Company’s Stock Related Award Incentive Plan of 1999, as amended; (b) the Company’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended; and (c) the Company’s 2015 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended;

  • RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

  • Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.

  • Restricted Stock Plan means the RPM, Inc. 1997 Restricted Stock Plan and any successor plan or arrangement thereto.

  • Company Option Plans means the Company’s 1999 Stock Option Plan and 2000 Stock Plan, each as amended, or any other compensatory option plans or Contracts of the Company, including, without limitation, option plans or Contracts assumed by the Company pursuant to a merger or acquisition.
