BP Field definition

BP Field means the researching, development, manufacture and commercialization (including without limitation to make or have made, use or have used, practice or have practiced, improve or have improved, import or have imported, export or have exported, market or have marketed, distribute or have distributed, license, sell, offer for sale or have sold) of lignocellulosic ethanol and other lignocellulosic biofuels and lignocellulosic bioproducts, lignocellulosic butanol and lignocellulosic diesel biofuels, including without limitation conversion of cell wall sugars and/or cell wall sugar compounds into biofuels or bioproducts, and for the avoidance of doubt excludes starch to ethanol, starch to other biofuels and starch to bioproducts.

  • In the event at the time of a Verenium Change in Control there has not been at least one Sale of Commercial LC Product, then within six (6) months from the Verenium Change in Control Licensee or its acquiror shall have the right to obtain from BP the Enzyme Libraries License in the BP Field of Use on terms to be mutually agreed upon between BP and Licensee or its acquiror pursuant to a separate written license agreement between BP and Licensee or its acquiror (the “BP Field of Use License”).

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Joint Patents means all Patents claiming any Joint Invention.

  • Joint Patent Rights means all Patent Rights claiming a Joint Invention.

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.
