Bond File definition

Bond File shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.02(g)(vi) hereof.
Bond File means documents and records which may consist of paper and electronic medium, maintained by the Bond Compliance Officer for the Bonds. The Bond File will include the following information (if applicable):
Bond File means, with respect to any Purchased Asset that is an Bond: (A) a copy of the executed Governing Agreements governing such Bond and/or any supplements thereto, and the offering documents related to such Bond, each certified by the related Seller or the Bond Custodian as a true, correct and complete copy of the original, and all ancillary documents required to be delivered to the certificateholders under the Governing Agreements, (B) an officer’s certificate as may be requested by Buyer, (C) opinions of counsel in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Buyer, (D) the Bond in accordance with Section 9(b), (E) a Trustee Instruction Letter executed by the related Seller, (F) if such Bond is in uncertificated form, evidence that such Bond has been registered in the name of the Bond Custodian or the Buyer on the books of the issuer itself or its transfer agent, (G) all related Transfer Documents, (H) copies of distribution statements delivered to the Bond Custodian for two months prior to the month in which the related Purchase Date occurs, if any, (I) any other documents or instruments necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Buyer to effect and perfect a legally valid transfer of the relevant interest granted therein to the Buyer under the Program Documents, (J) any other documents required under Section 9(b).

Examples of Bond File in a sentence

  • As soon as practicable after the principal and interest payments are determined for the Notes, and in no event less than five (5) Business Days prior to the applicable Payment Date, the Global Agent shall forward to the Issuer at xxx_xxxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, the Payment Date Statement, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto and the Bond File, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit I-1 and Exhibit I-2 hereto, as applicable.

Related to Bond File

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Asset File means the materials with respect to the Assets (i) previously delivered to Buyer or its representatives by or on behalf of Seller, whether written or orally, (ii) made available to Buyer or its representatives at the Hotel or at the offices of Broker, in each case, whether written or orally, or (iii) made available to Buyer or its representatives in the data room web site created by Broker.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
