Servicing File definition

Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.
Servicing File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan including, but not limited to, the computer files, data disks, books, records, data tapes, notes, and all additional documents generated as a result of or utilized in originating and/or servicing each Mortgage Loan, which are held in trust for the Trustee by the Servicer.
Servicing File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan referred to in Exhibit J hereto, and any additional documents required to be added to the Servicing File pursuant to the Agreement.

  • The Company shall release its custody of the contents of any Servicing File only in accordance with written instructions from the Purchaser, unless such release is required as incidental to the Company's servicing of the Mortgage Loans or is in connection with a repurchase of any Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.03 or 6.02.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall furnish to the Purchaser such periodic, special, or other reports or information, and copies or originals of any documents contained in the Servicing File for each Mortgage Loan provided for herein.

Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Interim Servicer consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Purchaser or the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents set forth in Section 2 of the Custodial Agreement.
Servicing File shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, with respect to each Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the Servicing File shall consist solely of any related documents or records generated by the Master Servicer or Special Servicer hereunder or received by either of them from the applicable Outside Servicer or Outside Special Servicer.
Servicing File means with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by Seller or its designee consisting of all documents that a prudent originator and servicer would include (including copies of the Mortgage File), all documents necessary to document and service the Mortgage Loans and any and all documents required to be delivered in connection with any transfer of servicing pursuant to the Program Documents.
Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Servicing File for such Mortgage Loan shall consist of copies of each item required to be in the Mortgage File (for the avoidance of doubt, the original of each such document shall be maintained in the Mortgage File for such Mortgage Loan unless otherwise permitted to be released in accordance with this Agreement) and the following documents listed below.
