CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File. The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File. The monthly data file substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Periodic Update File” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally; provided that, to the extent that such other form contemplates such additional information, such other form must be reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer and the Certificate Administrator.
CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File. The monthly data file substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Periodic Update File” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other final form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by CREFC® for commercial mortgage‑backed securities transactions generally; provided, that, to the extent that such other form contemplates such additional information, such other form must be reasonably acceptable to the Servicer, the Special Servicer and the Note Administrator. Notwithstanding any provision hereof, neither the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, nor any other report or accounting prepared or performed by the Servicer, is required to include any allocation among the Collateral Interests of the fee payable to the Note Administrator, the fee payable to the Trustee or the fee payable to the Collateral Manager.

Examples of CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File in a sentence

  • Not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the second Business Day following each Determination Date (which is also the second Business Day preceding the related Distribution Date), each Master Servicer shall deliver to the Certificate Administrator the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, combining information with respect to the Mortgage Loans for which it acts as Master Servicer, reflecting information as of the close of business on such Determination Date.

  • The CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File delivered by the Master Servicers as described above shall be in an electronic format that is mutually acceptable to the applicable Master Servicer and the Certificate Administrator.

  • The CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File shall be delivered to the Certificate Administrator by the Servicer no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York time) two Business Days preceding each Distribution Date.

  • If you send with or without a request from AAFMP creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, discussion comments or other materials, (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that AAFMP may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

  • The CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File delivered by the Master Servicer as described above shall be in an electronic format that is mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Certificate Administrator.

  • Following receipt from the Special Servicer, the Master Servicer shall notify the Certificate Administrator of the amount of any Appraisal Reduction with respect to each Mortgage Loan (which notification may be satisfied through delivery of such information included in the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File or the CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Template included in the CREFC Investor Reporting Package®).

  • Not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the second Business Day following each Determination Date (which is also the second Business Day preceding the related Distribution Date), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Certificate Administrator the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, combining information with respect to the Mortgage Loans for which it acts as Master Servicer, reflecting information as of the close of business on such Determination Date.

  • With respect to each Mortgage Loan (if any) that is identified on Schedule VIII hereto, the initial values of fields 54—”Preceding Fiscal Year NOI”, 68—”Most Recent NOI”, 72—”Most Recent Financial As of Start Date” and 73—”Most Recent Financial As of End Date”) of the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File shall be the initial values set forth opposite such Mortgage Loan on such Schedule VIII.

  • The CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File shall be delivered to the Certificate Administrator by the Servicer no later than 3:00 p.m. (New York time) two (2) Business Days preceding each Distribution Date.

  • We believe that such a “road map” is essential to the consistent application by issuers of the prospectus directive implementing measures.

  • CREFC® Loan Setup File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Setup File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Total Loan Report The report in the “Total Loan Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Website The CREFC®’s Website located at “xxx.xxxxx.xxx” or such other primary website as the CREFC® may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • CREFC® Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Collateral Summary File The data file in the “CREFC® Collateral Summary File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Bond Level File The data file in the “CREFC® Bond Level File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report The monthly report in the “CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Financial File The data file in the “CREFC® Financial File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® REO Status Report The report in the “REO Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • CMSA Servicer Watch List means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Servicer Watch List" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
