Trustee Mortgage File. The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 hereof pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Trustee Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

Trustee Mortgage File is used to refer to documents actually received by the Trustee or a Custodian on its behalf, such terms shall not be deemed to include such documents required to be included therein unless they are actually so received.

• The Trustee or its authorized agents shall retain possession and custody of each Trustee Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

• If the Trustee determines from such verification that any discrepancy or deficiency exists with respect to a Trustee Mortgage File, the Trustee shall note such omission, discrepancy or deficiency on the Schedule of Exceptions attached to the Initial Certification, and shall deliver a copy (which shall be electronic, if requested) of the Schedule of Exceptions to the Depositor on the Closing Date.

• During the life of the Mortgage Loans (while subject to this Agreement), in the event the Trustee discovers any defect with respect to any Trustee Mortgage File, the Trustee shall give written specification of such defect to the Depositor.

• Unit Administrators will have the responsibility 16 for developing and approving sub-geographic area operating plans.
