Custodial File definition

Custodial File. Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
Custodial File. As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.
Custodial File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Trustee consisting of items (a) - (h) as listed on Exhibit K hereto. Cut-off Date: August 1, 2003.

Examples of Custodial File in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall not be responsible to verify the validity, sufficiency or genuineness of any document in any Custodial File.

  • The Custodian agrees, for the benefit of Certificateholders, to review, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, each Custodial File.

  • The Custodian agrees, upon receipt of such certification and request, promptly to release the related Custodial File to the Master Servicer.
