BGS shall refer to the State of Maine Bureau of General Services.
BGS means the Bureau of General Services of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services.
BGS means electric generation service that is provided to any customer that has not chosen an electric power supplier, as defined herein, whether or not the customer has received offers for competitive supply options; including, but not limited to, any customer that cannot obtain such service from an electric power supplier for any reason, including non-payment for services. Basic generation service is not a competitive service and shall be fully regulated by the BPU.

  • After the initial enrollment of a residential account for Electric Generation Service, a Participating Residential Account shall have the right to submit an opt-out request to Supplier, in which case Electric Generation Service shall be terminated for that residential account and Supplier shall return the account to EDC BGS service, effective on the first meter read date occurring 30 days or later after such request is received.

  • In the case of iii (C) above, a verified change in price, up to the amount of price increase in the EDC’s BGS tariff attributable to the same Adverse Government Action, shall be permitted.

BGS means the total Net Sales in that financial year derived from sales of wafers (including Net Sales derived from sales of wafers to Agere that are subsequently sold by Agere to CSM or any other person), or the provision of services, by the Company to, or at the direction of, Agere;
BGS means the retail electric generation service provided by PSE&G to its customers in New Jersey in accordance with the New Jersey Electric Discount and Energy Competition Act of 1999, the BPU Order and PSE&Gs BGS tariffs on file with the BPU;
