GAS STORAGE. Lessee shall have the right to use any formation underlying the Leased Premises for the storage of gas and shall have all rights and rights-of-way necessary to store and produce and transport such stored gas. As full payment for such storage rights, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor rental at the rate of $1.00 per acre per year, while the premises are so used, and so long as the storage payment is made, all provisions of this lease shall remain in full effect.

GAS STORAGE. Description - Provide leadership, engineering and operations supervision support services for AIU’s underground gas storage facilities. Expected Allocation Factors - 1) Number of gas storage fields.
GAS STORAGE. It is agreed that the Lessee shall have the right to store gas and recover same in any stratum underlying the premises. Old xxxxx may be reopened and new xxxxx drilled for said storage purposes. As full consideration for these rights, Lessee shall pay to the Lessor an annual rental of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per well per year commencing with the date storage operations start and continuing for as long thereafter as said storage operations are utilized. So long as the storage payment is made, all provisions of this lease shall remain in full effect.

GAS STORAGE. The Joint Parties agree to SoCalGas’ estimated test year revenue requirement for Gas Storage of $23,370,000. Within this revenue requirement, and incremental to the positions proposed by SoCalGas, SoCalGas shall create and fill one (1) additional Cathodic Protection Specialist position (union- represented) in its Storage Department. SoCalGas shall also create and fill two (2) additional other represented positions in the Storage Department. These additions address concerns related to staffing levels raised by Local 483 of the UWUA. The staffing and deployment of the positions described above will be governed by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement between SoCalGas and the UWUA. The jobs described above will be filled within 90 days of a decision from the Commission that adopts this Settlement.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures.

  • Wastewater Developer shall install all required sewer lines and appurtenances. Prior to the issuance of any building permits for the Development, all sanitary sewer improvements shall be substantially completed as determined by the Town and all associated wastewater capacity fees shall be paid.

  • Underground Storage Tanks In accordance with the requirements of Section 3(g) of the D.C. Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990, as amended by the District of Columbia Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990 Amendment Act of 1992 (D.C. Code § 8-113.01, et seq.) (collectively, the “UST Act”) and the applicable D.C. Underground Storage Tank Regulations, 20 DCMR Chapter 56 (the “UST Regulations”), District hereby informs the Developer that it has no knowledge of the existence or removal during its ownership of the Property of any “underground storage tanks” (as defined in the UST Act). Information pertaining to underground storage tanks and underground storage tank removals of which the D.C. Government has received notification is on file with the District Department of the Environment, Underground Storage Tank Branch, 00 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X., 00000, telephone (000) 000-0000. District’s knowledge for purposes of this Section shall mean and be limited to the actual knowledge of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Property Acquisition and Disposition Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, telephone no. (000) 000-0000. The foregoing is set forth pursuant to requirements contained in the UST Act and UST Regulations and does not constitute a representation or warranty by District.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.
