Borrower shall, without charge to the City, make such records available for inspection and copying by the City, and shall make the Project available to the City or DNR for inspection, at any time during normal business hours and upon reasonable advance notice from the City to Borrower of the City’s wish to make any such inspection.
Subject to Section 4.2.4, the Subsequent DNR Termination Notice will be effective on the thirtieth (30th) day after delivery to Seller.
