Shipper(s) definition

Shipper(s) means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.
Shipper(s) means all shippers who transport Product under the terms and conditions of this tariff, with or without an Agreement.
Shipper(s) means the party or parties who contract with the Carrier for the transportation of Product under the terms of this Tariff.

Shipper(s) means the party or parties who nominates with Carrier for transportation of Crude Petroleum.
Shipper(s). Export Declaration’ means the export in- formation filed under chapter 9 of title 13, United States Code, as described in part 30 of title 15, Code of Federal Regulations.
Shipper(s) means the party or parties for whom transportation services are provided under the terms of this tariff. “Transfer” is defined in Item No. 25 below.
