basic workweek definition

basic workweek means for full-time employees, the 40-hour workweek established by the employee and his or her supervisor;
basic workweek. The basic workweek shall be forty (40) hours, consisting of eight (8) hours in each of the days, Monday through Friday, unless an employee is working under provisions of Section 8.2 and Section 8.3.
basic workweek for full time employees means the days and hours within an administrative workweek which make up the employee’s regularly scheduled 40-hour workweek.

  • SO2 Allowance means “allowance” as defined at 42 U.S.C. § 7651a(3): “an authorization, allocated to an affected unit by the Administrator of EPA under Subchapter IV of the Act, to emit, during or after a specified calendar year, one ton of sulfur dioxide.”

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
