Balancing Agreement definition

Balancing Agreement means the agreement to be concluded with the Balancing Operator in respect of the Balancing in the BeLux Area as approved by both national regulatory authorities in Luxembourg and Belgium, ILR (“Institut luxembourgeois de Régulation”) and XXXX for H-zone and by XXXX for L-zone. The Balancing Agreement is published by the Balancing Operator on its website.
