Network Code definition

Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;
Network Code means the document prepared by the Licensee under

  • If either the Network Code or the Traction Electricity Rules or both are modified at any time, Schedule 10 shall have effect.

  • If Condition B3.3 of the Network Code (Adjustment to prior results) or condition B3.3 of the CVL Network Code (as the case may be) applies in respect of all or part of a Charging Period, Network Rail shall promptly issue to the Train Operator a statement showing the necessary adjustments (if any) to any Performance Sums, Cancellation Sums, Late Notice Cancellation Sums, Normal Planned Disruption Sums, Enhanced Planned Disruption Sums and Disruption Sums already paid in respect of the Charging Period.
