District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Board of Education of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager or Director of Finance of the City, or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.
Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Independent representative means a person who:
District Manager means the District Manager of the appropriate local district office of the Ministry, where the
Nominated Representative will mean the person that you have informed us will be handling your affairs on your behalf, including if relevant, your Attorney or Court of Protection Deputy, or individual responsible for making Third Party contributions (as set out in Schedule 2);
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
Industry representative means an individual who is compensated by
Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, the Authorized Representative of the Series of Additional First-Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then outstanding Series of First-Lien Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Corporate Representative means an Individual authorised by resolution of the directors or other governing body of a body corporate to represent it;
City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.
Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.
