Authorized Affiliate definition

Authorized Affiliate means any of Customer's Affiliate(s) which (a) is subject to the data protection laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and/or the United Kingdom, and (b) is permitted to use the Service pursuant to the Agreement between Customer and Okta, but has not signed its own Order Form with Okta and is not a "Customer" as defined under the Agreement.

Authorized Affiliate means Customer's Affiliate(s) which (a) are subject to Data Protection Laws; (b) are permitted to use the Service pursuant to the Agreement between Customer and Webflow; and (c) have not signed their own Agreement with Webflow and are not "Customers" as defined under this DPA.

Authorized Affiliate means any of Customer Affiliate(s) permitted to or otherwise receiving the benefit of the Services pursuant to the Agreement.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this Addendum and, to the extent applicable, the Service Agreement.

Authorized Affiliate means any of Customer's Affiliate(s) that (a) is permitted to use the Services pursuant to the Agreement between Customer and Syncron, but has not signed its own Agreement or purchase order with Syncron and is not a "Customer" as defined under the Agreement, and (b) is subject to the data protection laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states and/or the United Kingdom.

Authorized Affiliate means an Affiliate that is authorized to use the Software within the License Parameters and is located within the Territory.
