Authorized Trader definition

Authorized Trader means any natural person associated with a Participant and, if applicable, a DMA Customer who (i) has TradingAccess to the SEF operated by BSEF using a Participant ID and (ii) is assigned a valid Trader ID.

Authorized Trader means a Person (not an individual) who is authorized by a Participant to access the Trading System pursuant to Rule 304.

Authorized Trader means an individual employed by a Member who is authorized by that Member to have direct access to Nadex, provided the Member maintains supervisory authority over such individual’s trading activities.

• Priority of Execution Non-discretionary Customer Orders received by a Participant or an Authorized Trader shall be entered into the Platform in the sequence received; provided, however, that a Customer may request that a Participant delay submission of its Order in which case such Customer shall provide such Participant with written consent to delay submission of its Order.

• If Persons wish to pursue a claim through this dispute resolution forum, NFA will conduct any and all arbitrations described in Rule 702 pursuant to NFA’s Member Arbitration Rules as if each party to the arbitration is an “NFA Member,” References in the NFA Member Arbitration Rules to an “Associate” of a “NFA Member” shall mean and include any Authorized Trader if such person is filing or is named in the claim.

More Definitions of Authorized Trader

Authorized Trader means a person who is either employed or is an agent of a Clearing Firm or a Participant Firm and who is authorized to utilize the Exchange pursuant to the applicable User ID Request Form.

Authorized Trader means an individual authorized by an Entity Trading Member and approved by Nadex to enter and execute transactions on the Market for that Entity Trading Member’s account, provided the Entity Trading Member maintains supervisory authority over such individual’s trading activities.

Authorized Trader means any natural person who (i) has Trading Access to the SEF operated by BSEF using a Participant ID and (ii) is assigned a valid Trader ID.

Authorized Trader means a Person who is appointed, employed or authorized by a Participant (or by a Sponsored Participant) and who has been assigned a User ID by the SEF. For the avoidance of doubt, any Authorized Trader of a Customer shall not be considered an Authorized Trader of the Sponsoring Broker providing Direct Market Access to the Customer by virtue of the Direct Market Access relationship between the two parties.

Authorized Trader means an individual who is employed by or is an agent of a Participant or a Customer and who has been authorized to access one or more Platforms pursuant to Rule 308 and to enter Orders or execute Swaps on behalf of such Participant or Customer, as applicable.

Authorized Trader means any natural person who is appointed, employed or authorized by a Participant to place Orders on Tera and is assigned a valid Trader ID.
