Priority of Execution Non-discretionary Customer Orders received by a Participant or an Authorized Trader shall be entered into the Platform in the sequence received; provided, however, that a Customer may request that a Participant delay submission of its Order in which case such Customer shall provide such Participant with written consent to delay submission of its Order.
