Stat. Chapters 115A, 116, and 400, including, but not limited to: waste management information and education; waste reduction and reuse; waste recycling; composting of yard waste and food waste; resource recovery through mixed municipal solid waste composting or incineration; land disposal; management of problem materials and household hazardous waste; collection, processing, and disposal of solid waste; closure and post-closure care of a solid waste management facility; and response, as defined in Minn. Stat. §115B.02, to releases from a solid waste management facility.
