Authority Budget definition

Authority Budget means the annual budget of the Authority, as amended or supplemented, adopted or in effect for a particular Fiscal Year, as provided in the Second Resolution.
Authority Budget has the meaning set forth in the General Resolution.

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:
