General Resolution definition

General Resolution means the Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds Bond Resolution adopted by the Corporation on July 27, 1993, and any amendments thereof or supplements thereto made in accordance with its terms.
General Resolution means the Electric System General Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by the Authority on May 13, 1998, as supplemented and amended, including as supplemented by the GR Resolution, and as may be further amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
General Resolution means collectively, the General Resolution adopted by the Commission on June 26, 1986, as amended and supplemented by certain resolutions of the Commission adopted March 19, 1998, August 9, 2000 and October 15, 2003.
