Audit Laws definition

Audit Laws means the EU Regulation (537/2014) on specific requirements regarding statutory audit of public-interest entities and repealing Commission Decision 2005/909/EC and the EU Directive (2014/56/EU) amending Directive 2006/43/EC on statutory audits of annual accounts and consolidated accounts and any law or regulation which implements that EU Directive (2014/56/EU) or any similar law or regulation in any other jurisdiction that is applicable to the Company or any member of the IHS Group.
Audit Laws means the EU Regulation (537/2014) on specific requirements regarding statutory audit of public-interest entities and repealing Commission Decision 2005/909/EC and the EU Directive (2014/56/EU) amending Directive 2006/43/EC on statutory audits of annual accounts and consolidated accounts and any law or regulation which implements that EU Directive (2014/56/EU).
Audit Laws means the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016, the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2017 and the EU Regulation (537/2014) on specific requirements regarding statutory audit of public- interest entities as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the Withdrawal Act.

  • Regulatory Laws means all Applicable Laws governing (i) the import, export, testing, investigation, manufacture, marketing or sale of the Product, (ii) establishing recordkeeping or reporting obligations, (iii) any Field Action or (iv) similar regulatory matters.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • Partnership Tax Audit Rules means Sections 6221 through 6241 of the Code, as amended by the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015, together with any guidance issued thereunder or successor provisions and any similar provision of state or local tax laws.

  • Applicable Export Laws means any applicable ex- port control regulations and/or laws in force at the time of export in the Supplier’s country of export and/or, in the case of re-export, in force at the time of re-export in the country of origin of the particular re-exported Export Item.

  • Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.
