EU Directive definition

EU Directive means a directive within the meaning of Article 288 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;
EU Directive is defined as the EU Data Protection Directive (also known as Directive 95/46/EC) as amended or replaced from time to time, including without limitation the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU Regulation” or "GDPR").
