Governmental Actions definition

Governmental Actions means any and all consents, approvals, permits, orders, authorizations, waivers, exceptions, variances, exemptions or licenses of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Authority required under any Governmental Rules.
Governmental Actions means all authorizations, consents, approvals, waivers, exceptions, variances, filings, permits, orders, licenses, exemptions and declarations of or with any Governmental Entity and shall include those citing, environmental and operating permits and licenses (including the Applicable Permits) that are required for the use and operation of the Facility, the Undivided Interest (if any), the Ground Interest and the Facility Site.

Governmental Actions actions by any Governmental Authority.
