Foreign Antitrust Laws definition

Foreign Antitrust Laws means the applicable requirements of antitrust competition or other similar Laws, rules, regulations and judicial doctrines of jurisdictions other than the United States.
Foreign Antitrust Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(c).
Foreign Antitrust Laws shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(b)(ii).

More Definitions of Foreign Antitrust Laws

Foreign Antitrust Laws means any Laws (other than the HSR Act) intended to prohibit, restrict or regulate actions or transactions having the purpose or effect of monopolization, restraint of trade or harm to or substantial lessening of competition.
