Audit Agents definition

Audit Agents. (a) the Authority’s internal and external auditors; (b) the Authority’s statutory or regulatory auditors; (c) the Comptroller and Auditor General, their staff and/or any appointed representatives of the National Audit Office; (d) HM Treasury or the Cabinet Office; (e) any party formally appointed by the Authority to carry out audit or similar review functions; and (f) successors or assigns of any of the above;
Audit Agents means the Purchaser’s internal and external auditors; the Purchaser’s statutory or regulatory auditors; Audit Scotland or the Auditor General, their staff and/or any of their appointed representatives; any party formally appointed by the Purchaser to carry out audit or similar review functions; and successors or assigns of any of the above.

Examples of Audit Agents in a sentence

  • The grantee shall ensure that the North West Community Development Council’s Audit Agents are given full access to all accounts, records, documents, assets and premises in connection with the grant, and shall provide the North West Community Development Council and its Audit Agents with all reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection with the audits.

  • The North West Community Development Council is entitled from time to time, through its Audit Agents, to conduct ad-hoc on-site audits to ensure that the terms of this agreement are being, or were met and that reports and all information submitted to the North West Community Development Council by the grantee are accurate, correct and not misleading.

  • The Authority Audit Agents shall have the right to obtain and use all items referred to in paragraph 5.1.1 (Audit Access) in the manner determined by the Authority, including by copying, reformatting or reconfiguring any information or data or using forensic imaging and forensic data capturing and processing technologies.

  • The Authority shall be entitled from time to time to conduct ad-hoc audits, including through audits conducted by its Audit Agents and on-site audits if the Authority or its Audit Agents deem it necessary, to ensure that the terms of the Agreement are being, or were met and that reports and all information submitted to the Authority by the Applicant are accurate, correct and not misleading.

  • During the Term, and for a period of 7 years following the end of the Term, the Service Provider shall maintain and retain the Open Book Data; and disclose and allow the Purchaser and/or the Audit Agents access to the Open Book Data.

  • Except in respect of Audit Agents as referred to in paragraph 10.1 (Audit), no person other than You, the Challenge Sponsor and the CivTech Team shall have any right to enforce any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions which, expressly or by implication, confer a benefit on that person, and these Terms and Conditions do not give rise to any other rights under the Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Act 2017 to enforce any term herein.

Related to Audit Agents

  • Auditors means the auditors for the time being of the Company;

  • Agents means, collectively, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.
