Co-Agents definition

Co-Agents is defined in the preamble.

Co-Agents means the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arrangers, the Co-Documentation Agents, the Syndication Agent, the Co-Syndication Agents, and the Senior Managing Agents.

• The Borrower has not intentionally withheld any fact from the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers, the Co-Agents or the other Lenders in regard to any matter which will have or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
