Examples of Administrative Agents in a sentence

• Each Lender acknowledges that Administrative Agent's legal counsel in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or a Post-Foreclosure Plan is only acting as counsel to Administrative Agent and is not acting as counsel to such Xxxxxx.

More Definitions of Administrative Agents

Administrative Agents means the collective reference to the General Administrative Agent, the Japanese Administrative Agent and the European Administrative Agent; each, individually, an “Administrative Agent”.
