Appointment Period definition

Appointment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7.

Appointment Period means and refer to the period of time commencing as of the date of the recordation of this Declaration and continuing until the earlier of: (a) the date one hundred percent (100%) of the Lots have been conveyed to Owners; or (b) any such earlier date as Declarant, in its sole discretion, elects to terminate the Appointment Period by written notice to the Association of such termination or as otherwise required by applicable law.

  • In addition and without any obligation on the part of the retiring Agent to appoint, on behalf of the Banks, a successor Agent, the retiring Agent may at any time upon or after the end of the Bank Appointment Period notify the Borrowers and the Banks that no qualifying Person has accepted appointment as successor Agent and the effective date of such retiring Agent’s resignation which effective date shall be no earlier than three business days after the date of such notice.

More Definitions of Appointment Period

Appointment Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3(a) hereof.
