Threshold Amount means $5,000,000.
Dividend Threshold Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).
Alteration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.
Restoration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.
Threshold Appreciation Price has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.
Indemnity Threshold has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

Expansion Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures for Acquisitions or Capital Improvements. Expansion Capital Expenditures shall include interest (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees paid during the Construction Period on Construction Debt. Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.
Material Alteration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.11.
Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.
Threshold Percentage means 15%.
Structural Alterations means any Alterations involving the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety or heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems of the Building.
Required Reserve Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the lesser of (a) 0.25% of the difference of the Aggregate Starting Principal Balance less the Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount as of the applicable Cutoff Date of all Receivables transferred to the Trust and (b) the Outstanding Amount of the Notes.
Structural alteration means an Alteration that (i) will result in a change in the footprint of the Improvements, (ii) involves the addition of one or more floors to the Improvements, (iii) affects the structural elements or any exterior walls of the Improvements, (iv) decreases the rentable square footage of the Leased Premises other than to a de minimis extent or (v) adversely affects the proper functioning and/or capacity of the building systems in the Improvements.
Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the total amount of Professional Fee Claims estimated in accordance with Article II.A.2(c) of the Plan.
stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and
Required Reserves at any time means the sum of (a) the Yield Reserve, plus (b) the Servicing Fee Reserve, plus (c) the greater of (i) the sum of the Loss Reserve Ratio and the Dilution Reserve Percentage and (ii) the Minimum Percentage, each as in effect at such time, multiplied by the Net Pool Balance on such date.
Micro-purchase threshold means the dollar amount at or below which a district may purchase property or services using micro-pur- chase procedures. Generally, the micro-purchase threshold for pro- curement activities administered under federal awards is not to ex- ceed the amount set by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below], unless a higher threshold is requested by the district and approved by the cogni- zant agency for indirect costs.
Major Alteration means change other than repair or replacement of building materials or equipment with materials and equipment of a similar type.
