Casualty Amount definition

Casualty Amount means Five hundred thousand Dollars ($500,000) (or the equivalent in any other currency);

  • Borrower shall promptly notify Lender in writing upon obtaining knowledge of (i) the institution of any proceedings relating to any Taking (whether material or immaterial) of, or (ii) the occurrence of any casualty, damage or injury to, the Property or any portion thereof, the restoration of which is estimated by Borrower in good faith to cost more than the Casualty Amount.
