Allowance Services definition

Allowance Services means services performed or provided by CM in accordance with the Allowance provisions of this Agreement, after prior authorization from the Authority, which are funded by Allowance amounts.

Allowance Services means services performed or provided by the Design Consultant after prior authorization from the Authority, which are funded by Allowance amounts.

For purposes of this Agreement, Occasional Property Maintenance Services and Other Property Maintenance Services are Allowances Services.

Examples of Allowance Services in a sentence

• If for any reason you are able to continue to use the BT One Phone Service after reaching your Regulated Bill Limit BT will not charge you for the Out of Allowance Services.

• Three may need to change or introduce new Charges in respect of Outside of Allowance Services.

• Such technical inspection and testing services as may be necessary during the construction phase for code-related or other requirements, including but not limited to, special inspections, shall be considered Allowance Services.
