Allos Territory definition

Allos Territory means the U.S. and Canada and any country(ies) that is/are removed from the Licensed Territory and transferred to the Allos Territory in accordance with Section 6.6(b).
Allos Territory means the U.S., Canada, the European Countries and Turkey and (i) any country(ies) that is/are removed from the Licensed Territory and transferred to Allos Territory in accordance with Section 6.6(b), and (ii) Switzerland, upon the exercise by Allos of the Switzerland Option.
