local authority area definition

local authority area means a local authority area as defined in section 1 of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992);
local authority area means an area the limits of which have been fixed in terms of the Rural District Councils Act [Chapter 29:13] or the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15] or any other laws substituted for the same;
local authority area means the local authority area as defined in section 1 of the Local Authorities Act;

local authority area means the area comprising the Municipality, town or village, as the case may be, to which these regulations are applicable by virtue of the provisions of section 94(2)(b) of the Act;
