Administrative Managers definition

Administrative Managers means the person(s) appointed by the Company, by written action of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as Administrative Managers, who are "named fiduciaries" of the Plan, within the meaning of section 402(a)(2) of ERISA, with respect to Plan administrative matters.
Administrative Managers means the person(s) appointed by Viacom, by written action of the Chief Operating Officer of Viacom, to act on behalf of Viacom as the sponsor and "named fiduciary" (within the meaning of section 402(a)(2) of ERISA), as appropriate, with respect to Plan administrative matters. When performing any activity or exercising any authority under the provisions of the Plan, the Administrative Managers shall be deemed to act solely on behalf of Viacom, and not in an individual capacity.
Administrative Managers means the administrative managers appointed from time to time by Lessor and Lessee pursuant to Section 1(h). Lessor's initial Administrative Manager shall be Pinnacle Towers Inc. and Lessee's initial Administrative Manager shall be Arch Wireless Holdings, Inc.

  • Administrative Managers means the persons or entities identified from time to time by the chief executive officer of Westinghouse to serve as administrative managers for the Plan, the Westinghouse Pension Plan and certain other plans, and to have authority with respect to administration and all other fiduciary matters with respect to such plans that are not within the authority of the Financial Managers.
