Administrative Managers means the person(s) appointed by the Company, by written action of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as Administrative Managers, who are "named fiduciaries" of the Plan, within the meaning of section 402(a)(2) of ERISA, with respect to Plan administrative matters.

Administrative Managers means the person(s) appointed by Viacom, by written action of the Chief Operating Officer of Viacom, to act on behalf of Viacom as the sponsor and "named fiduciary" (within the meaning of section 402(a)(2) of ERISA), as appropriate, with respect to Plan administrative matters.
