Additional Collateral Property Requirements definition

Additional Collateral Property Requirements means the delivery to the Lenders of the items required by Section 5.03 and such other information, reports or other materials as Collateral Agent or the Lenders may reasonably request. Any potential Additional Collateral Property must be approved by the Required Lenders before such addition becomes effective and before Borrower will be permitted to request an advance of the Loans in respect of such Additional Collateral Property. Upon satisfaction of all conditions for any property being accepted as an Additional Collateral Property, Borrower shall, or shall cause the applicable Loan Party, to execute, deliver and cause to be filed Mortgages (or amendments to any existing Mortgages) which are effective to create in favor of Collateral Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, a legal, valid and enforceable Lien (subject to Permitted Liens) and security interest in such Property (or such ground leasehold interest in such Property, if applicable), which such Mortgages when filed in the appropriate offices for the locations specified in such Mortgages, shall constitute a Lien (subject to Permitted Liens) on, and security interest in, all right, title and interest of the grantors thereunder in such Additional Collateral Property, in each case prior and superior in right to any other Lien (other than Permitted Liens).
