Collateral Property definition

Collateral Property means any Property that constitutes Collateral.
Collateral Property means the property described in the CBL Mortgage.
Collateral Property means a Property which the Agent and the Requisite Lenders have agreed to include in calculations of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 4.1. and for which each of the conditions set forth in Section 4.2. have been satisfied or waived pursuant to Section 13.6.

Collateral Property and “Collateral Properties” shall mean any Borrowing Base Property or Borrowing Base Properties and other Individual Properties which (i) were a Borrowing Base Property, (ii) were no longer deemed such under Section 3.4.1, and (iii) for which the Release Conditions have not been satisfied, as described in Section 3.4.3.
