Acquisition and Construction Costs definition

Acquisition and Construction Costs means all costs of or reimbursement for acquisition and construction of the Project, including but not limited to, engineering costs and costs of feasibility, environmental and other reports, inspection costs, permit fees, filing and recording costs, and sales and use taxes.
Acquisition and Construction Costs means all costs for the payment of, or reimbursement for, acquisition, construction and installation of the 2020 Project, including but not limited to, architect and engineering fees, construction contractor payments, costs of feasibility and other reports, inspection costs, performance bond premiums, permit fees, legal and consultant costs, and administrative costs.
Acquisition and Construction Costs means the purchase prices for the acquisition of the property and easements which are necessary for the construction and installation of the Project and the contract prices paid or to be paid for the design, acquisition, construction, installation or delivery of any portion of the Project and related facilities, in accordance with a purchase or construction contract therefor. Acquisition and Construction Costs include any other administrative, engineering, legal, financial and other costs incurred by the City or the Department in connection with the construction of the Project, including costs incurred prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Acquisition and Construction Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
