Your Card Terms Do Not Change. ‌ The terms and agreement that govern your Card do not change when you add your Card to a Business. The applicable cardmember agreement or account agreement that governs the Card, as amended from time to time, is incorporated by reference as part of these Terms. Please review those agreements, as applicable, for important information on your rights and responsibilities when making transactions with a Business. This feature simply provides another way for you to make purchases or other transactions with the Card.

Your Card Terms Do Not Change. The terms and conditions, account agreement, and disclosures that govern your Card do not change when you add your Card to the Wallet. The Wallet simply provides another way for you to make purchases with the Card. Any applicable interest, fees, and charges that apply to your Card will also apply when you use the Wallet to access your Card. The Credit Union does not charge you any additional fees for adding the Card to the Wallet or using your Card in the Wallet. The Wallet provider and other third parties such as wireless companies or data service providers may charge you fees.

You must promptly notify us and your mobile carrier if your Mobile Device is lost or stolen. You may contact us by calling our 24-Hour Customer Service at (000)-000-0000. You must mention that you added your Card to the Digital Wallet so that we can disable your Card for use with the Digital Wallet. If you locate your device, you will need to notify us and add your Card back to the Digital Wallet before making any Digital Wallet purchases.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Account Terms The Certificate bears interest at the rate and basis as set forth on the Certificate. The terms of the Certificate, such as the interest rate(s), Annual Percentage Yield ("APY"), length of term period, renewability, and date of maturity are specified on the Certificate and in the Disclosures provided to you at the time of account opening. Interest will not be compounded unless noted and will be paid to you at the frequency and in the method noted. If interest compounds during the term of the Certificate and may be withdrawn prior to maturity, the withdrawal of interest prior to maturity will affect the APY. Withdrawal Prior To Maturity. You have contracted to keep the account funds on deposit from the issue date until the maturity date. We may accept a request by you for withdrawal of some or all of the account funds prior to the maturity date at our discretion or as otherwise described in the Disclosures.
