You agree to be bound by the ACH Rules, and You agree that all ACH transactions that You initiate will comply with all applicable laws. Your authorization will remain in full force and effect until You notify Us that You revoke it by contacting Customer Support at xxxxxxx@XxxxXxx.xxx or by closing Your Account. You understand that MojoPay requires a reasonable time to act on Your revocation, not to exceed five (5) business days. If You are a User, You authorize the Bank to hold, receive, disburse and settle funds on Your behalf. Your authorization permits the Bank to generate a paper draft or electronic funds transfer to process each payment transaction that You authorize. Subject to this Agreement, You also authorize the Bank to debit or credit any payment card or other payment method We accept that You link to Your Account, to initiate adjustments for any Transactions credited or debited in error, as well as for Chargebacks, reversals, or claims in accordance with this Agreement and the Operating Regulations. If You are a Purchaser paying by credit card and Your credit card account number changes or Your credit card expiration date changes, We may acquire that information from Our financial services partner and update Your Account. The Service integrates ACH authorization services provided by Istream. When You set up a bank account on the Website and input Your online banking credentials for instant verification, You are granting Istream the right, power and authority to access and transmit Your personal and financial information (such as from third party banks) as reasonably necessary to provide the ACH authorization services.

  • Payment Authorization and Payment Remittance By providing the Service with names and account information of Billers to whom you wish to direct payments, you authorize the Service to follow the Payment Instructions that it receives through the Site. In order to process payments more efficiently and effectively, the Service may edit or alter payment data or data formats in accordance with Xxxxxx directives. When the Service receives a Payment Instruction, you authorize the Service to debit your Eligible Transaction Account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close as reasonably possible to the Scheduled Payment Date designated by you. The Service will attempt to make all your payments properly.   • Medical Authorization In the event of illness or injury while participating in the above referenced activity, I hereby consent to whatever x-ray, examination, anesthetic, medical, surgical, dental diagnosis or treatment, hospital care and emergency transportation from a licensed physician, surgeon, and/or dentist as deemed necessary for my safety and welfare.

  • Network Authorization For services that cannot be provided by a network provider, you can request a network authorization to seek services from a non-network provider. With an approved network authorization, the network benefit level will apply to the authorized covered healthcare service. If we approve a network authorization for you to receive services from a non- network provider, our reimbursement will be based on the lesser of our allowance, the non-network provider’s charge, or the benefit limit.   • Licenses and Similar Authorizations The Contractor, at no expense to the City, shall secure and maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Contract all required licenses, permits, and similar legal authorizations, and comply with all related requirements.

  • Client Authority If Client is an individual, Client represents that he or she is of the age of majority. If Client is a corporation, partnership or limited liability company, the person signing this Agreement for the Client represents that he or she has been authorized to do so by appropriate action. If this Agreement is entered into by a trustee or other fiduciary, the trustee or fiduciary represents that Advisor’s investment management strategies, allocation procedures, and investment advisory services are authorized under the applicable plan, trust, or law and that the person signing this Agreement has the authority to negotiate and enter into this Agreement. Client will inform Advisor of any event that might affect this authority or the propriety of this Agreement.

  • Information Release Authorization Throughout the Term, you authorize DES to obtain information from the DSP that includes, but is not limited to, your account name, account number, billing address, service address, telephone number, standard offer service type, meter readings, and, when charges hereunder are included on your DSP xxxx, your billing and payment information. You authorize DES to release such information to third parties, including affiliates that need to know such information in connection with your Retail Power service. These authorizations will remain in effect as long as this Agreement is in effect.
