Client/Authority definition
Client/Authority means the Party named in the Contract, who employs the Consultant;
Client/Authority means Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC), the competent authority that shall undertake signing of Master Service Agreement for the Project with the Successful Bidder.

Exempt Information means information which is exempt information by virtue of any provision of Part II of FOIA.
