Date Changes. The IRS has the authority to change any date utilized in this MOU to conform to changes made in regulatory or statutory requirements, or to update the MOU each calendar year. Notice of such change will be tied to such specific regulatory or statutory requirements.
Date Changes. In the event that you wish to change the date of your wedding, we will endeavour to transfer venue reservations and suppliers to the new date. Dates can be transferred subject to reasons and availability, regardless of time frame. However, deposits and fees that are non-refundable/non- transferable will be your sole responsibility. If there are last minute changes, you must understand this can impact the quality of the event and we are not liable if this leads to quality being compromised.

Initial CANCELLATIONS In the event of a cancellation of an event, wedding, or reception, all payments made to date are non-refundable. Initial ACCOMODATIONS Smoking Limitations A NO SMOKING policy is in effect throughout the barn and house. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area by the fence and ash cans are provided The use of vaporizers is also not permitted throughout the barn and house. They must also use the designated smoking area. A deductions of $50.00 from the security deposit will be made for the cleanup of remaining cigarette/cigar butts Initial “The Yellow Barn” The barn seats 125 comfortably using round tables and padded chairs Twinkle lights fill the ceiling along with chandeliers. The groom’s retreat located upstairs in the barn, is an area that the men may use to get ready for the ceremony if it is held at Flora Corner Farm. Mirrors and a refrigerator are available for their convenience. The dressing area is permitted for the wedding party only. The door will be locked throughout the reception. All personal items and trash must be removed after the reception to avoid additional charges for clean- up. Initial
Date Changes. The important dates are subject to change from when applicable/necessary in conjunction with the University significant dates, provided that if any variance greater than eight (8) days, the Resident is entitled to, on not less than thirty (30) days’ notice, to terminate this Agreement without further liability, provided that the Resident continues to be liable for Residence Fees (as defined herein) pro-rated to the date of the Resident’s last day residing in the Room.

If the change of date creates additional expenses for BALD KNOB CROSS OF PEACE, those expenses will be passed onto the CLIENT(S). The CLIENT(S) agree that in the event of an approved date change, all deposits and fees can be applied to the new date. However, the CLIENT(S) further understand that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that BALD KNOB CROSS OF PEACE is not responsible for these compromises in quality.

The CLIENT(S) agree that in the event of a date change, ELEMENTS cannot guarantee availability, and any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are nonrefundable and nontransferable are the sole responsibility of the CLIENTS. Date Changes. I. Date changes made between booking date and 8 weeks before arrival are subject to a penalty fee of 50,00 eur + possible difference in rate due to customer request for a higher rated period.
