Xxxxxxxxxx Services and Standards. Manager shall provide all management services typically provided by a manager of properties similar to the Building, all to a standard of quality reasonably satisfactory to Owner, but in any case to a standard no lower than that previously maintained for the Building. Manager’s management services shall include: leasing; preparation of units for rental; payroll; operation of all Building services; maintenance of an operating account for the Building; disbursement of all operating expenses; advertising and marketing (subject to Owner’s prior written approval of Manager’s budget and plan); and oversight and management of all construction projects. Manager shall comply with Owner’s reasonable instructions regarding how Manager performs its obligations under this agreement. Owner shall be responsible for the actual cost of operating, maintaining, repairing, and improving the Building. Manager acknowledges that the relationship established by this agreement is of a fiduciary nature.

Contractors are expected to be proficient and skilled in their respective trades and knowledgeable of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) and its referenced technical codes and standards, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other codes and standards applicable to installations and associated work by its trade and/or that are applicable to the Work.

  • Professional Services Warranty Kodak warrants that it shall perform Professional Services in a professional manner using appropriately skilled personnel in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and Kodak’s then current policies and procedures. Subject to the provisions of condition 16.1 Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the warranty described in this condition shall be, at Kodak’s option, (1) re-performance of the non-conforming Professional Services, or (2) refund of the amount paid by Customer for the non-conforming Professional Services.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards.   • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.
