Xxxxxxx Eligibility. The Trainee must be assessed by and found eligible for training by the OJT Agency. The Trainee must have a need for the skills listed in the Training Plan and must not have been hired by the Employer prior to the beginning date of this Agreement.
Xxxxxxx Eligibility. Spouses with access to subsidized health coverage through their own place of employment, where the employer contributes at least 50% or more of the cost, are restricted to secondary University coverage allowance at full employee cost for the same.

Xxxxxxx Eligibility employed spouses of Bus Aides who are eligible for medical insurance through their own employer by an employer-sponsored plan, must take the least expensive single plan through their own employer provided that the spouse’s portion of the monthly premium is less than $185 effective with the 2021-22 school year. This threshold provision will automatically increase by $5.00 per month per year; $190 for 2022-23, $195 for 2023-24. Bus Aides are automatically exempt from this provision if their spouse is not employed or is employed but does not qualify for insurance through their employer. All Bus Aides enrolling for medical insurance benefits, including those who are single or automatically exempt, must complete and turn in the Spousal Eligibility Rule Form to the Treasurer’s office annually during the enrollment period(s).

The xxxx authorizes the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to prescribe assessment instruments with a statewide passing standard. The initiative allows an institution to determine when a student is ready to perform college‐level coursework. High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond her normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.
