Xxxxxx Parent Leave. (a) From the time that the child enters their care an employee acting as the primary carer of a xxxxxx child on a long term placement will be entitled to:
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. (a) From the time that the child enters their care an employee acting as the primary carer of a xxxxxx child on a long term placement will be entitled to 52 weeks unpaid leave minus any period of paid leave pursuant to subclauses 38.5(b)(i) and (ii) below.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. (23) If an ongoing employee or a fixed-term employee is the primary care giver of a xxxxxx child on long term placement, and they have completed at least 1 year’s continuous paid service with the University immediately prior to the commencement of the leave, they will be entitled to up to 6 weeks leave paid at their base rate of pay for a child younger than 5 years of age or 3 weeks for a child 5 years of age or over.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. 110.1 Subject to the provisions of this clause, an employee who has assumed long term responsibilities arising from the placement of the child by a permanent “fostering” arrangement on or after the date of commencement of this agreement:
