XXXXX COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (COG). The Board of Education may fully meet its obligations to provide health care benefits and services under this Agreement by participating in the health benefits program of Stark County Council of Governments (COG). The Board shall provide health, dental, vision and life insurance through the COG. The coverage shall be the standardized COG specifications, which may be changed during the life of this Agreement by the COG in accordance with the procedure contained herein (see Paragraph B.3) – as such, the specific coverage outlined below may not be the actual coverage in effect at any given time; employees will be provided written notice if the coverage changes during the life of this Agreement and may check with the Director of Human Resources if they have any questions concerning the specific coverage in effect. The Association and the Board agree that the Board shall not be required to make available to and to inform members of the Association of any option to enroll in a health maintenance organization established pursuant to Chapter 1742 of the Ohio Revised Code.

The Board shall provide health, dental, vision and life insurance through the COG. The coverage shall be the standardized COG specifications. The 2019-2020 Summary of Benefits and Coverage will be included in Appendix . The Summary of Benefits for subsequent years shall be distributed to the membership annually.

  • Federal Water Pollution Control Act 1. The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.
