XXXX XX Services. 3.1 Upon acceptance of a Service Order, Willxxxx xxxll confirm USWC's requested Start Date, or inform USWC of the estimated date for the delivery of each service. Willxxxx xxxll use best reasonable efforts to install each such service on or before the Start Date, but the inability of Willxxxx xx deliver a facility by such date shall not be a Default under this Agreement. If Willxxxx xxxls to make any facility available within thirty (30) days after the Start Date, USWC's sole remedy shall be to cancel the Service Order which pertains to such Service by ten (10) calendar days prior written notice to Willxxxx.

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.

  • Tax Services (i) Where required by the Code, withhold taxes (including backup withholding taxes) on U.S. residents and non-resident alien accounts, report such withheld taxes to relevant shareholders and the IRS and remit such withheld taxes to the IRS. Adjust non-resident alien withholding to reflect qualified interest income received by the Funds.

Controlled Affiliate recognizes the importance of a comprehensive national network of independent BCBSA licensees which are committed to strengthening the Licensed Marks and Name.
