No Implied Consent. Nothing in this Section 1.3 shall be construed to constitute Agent’s or any Lender’s consent to any transaction that is not permitted by other provisions of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
No Implied Consent. Provisions contained in this Section 1.8 for the application of proceeds of certain transactions shall not be deemed to constitute consent of the Lenders to transactions that are not otherwise permitted by the terms hereof or the other Loan Documents.

No provision herein requiring the notification of, or delivery of documents to, the Agent or any Lender in respect of any transaction shall constitute, or be deemed to constitute, a consent to, or authorize, or be deemed to authorize, any transaction otherwise prohibited by this Agreement.
No Implied Consent. Landlord’s consent to any sale, assignment, encumbrance, subletting, occupation, lien or other Transfer shall not release Tenant from any of Tenant’s obligations hereunder or be deemed to be a consent to any subsequent occurrence. Any sale, assignment, encumbrance, subletting, occupation, lien or other Transfer of this Lease which does not comply with the provision of this Section 0 shall be null and void, and, at Landlord’s option, shall be an Event of Default under this Lease.
